Getting Started

How do I sign up?

Click the "Sign Up" button, create an account with your email, and complete the brief onboarding process. You'll need to provide basic information and verify your identity.

What are the requirements to become a worker?

You must be 18+ years old, have a valid email address, reliable internet connection, and pass a brief orientation. No prior experience is required!

How long does approval take?

Most applications are reviewed within 24-48 hours. You'll receive an email once you're approved to start completing tasks.

Training & Tasks

Do I need to complete training?

Yes, each task type requires a brief training session (5-30 minutes). Training is paid at your normal rate and ensures you understand the quality standards.

Can I choose which tasks to complete?

Absolutely! You can choose which task types you want to work on. Complete training for the task types that interest you most.

What if I make a mistake?

Everyone makes mistakes while learning. We have a quality review system that provides feedback. Repeated errors may affect your account standing, but we're here to help you improve.

Payments

When do I get paid?

Payments are processed weekly on Fridays via direct deposit or PayPal. You'll see earnings in your account 1-3 business days after processing.

Is there a minimum payout?

Yes, you must earn at least $20 before requesting a payout. Once you reach the minimum, payments are automatic every Friday.

How do I track my earnings?

Your dashboard shows real-time earnings, completed tasks, and payment history. You can see exactly how much you've earned at any time.

Work Schedule

Do I need to work specific hours?

No! Work whenever you want, as long as tasks are available. There's no minimum or maximum hours requirement.

How many hours can I work?

Work as much or as little as you want. Some workers do a few tasks during lunch breaks, others work several hours a day.

Are tasks always available?

Task availability varies based on customer demand. Peak times typically have more tasks available, but we work to ensure consistent opportunities.

Quality & Performance

How is my work evaluated?

We use a combination of automated checks and spot reviews. You'll receive a quality score based on accuracy and completeness of your work.

What happens if my quality score drops?

You'll receive feedback and guidance to improve. Consistently low scores may limit access to certain task types until you complete additional training.

Can I improve my earnings?

Yes! Higher quality scores and completing advanced task certifications can increase your per-task rates and give you access to higher-paying tasks.

How do I get help if I have questions?

What if I encounter a technical issue?

Report technical issues through the support chat immediately. You won't be penalized for issues outside your control, and we'll work quickly to resolve them.
